Hello, I’m Sofia Perla — I started my career in the Real Estate Industry in 2001. Today, I am an award-winning, licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006, a Certified Commercial Broker since 2020, and proud holder of the Nucleus Commercial Broker Certification. I’m also a co-author in a book ( Latinas in Real Estate III) an international key note speaker and accredited Business Coach. I love to empower women. I am the founder of W.O.W. ( Women of Wealth) and Crown Society. Both groups are designed to elevate women.
I’m the Founder and Owner of multiple real estate-related businesses, including Keller Williams Realty The Lakes in Lake Elsinore, California — a brokerage I founded and now lead as Operating Principal.
I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate — and I absolutely love helping sellers, buyers, and investors with everything from their very first home to complex income-producing assets. Whether I’m guiding a first-time buyer, listing a luxury home, or negotiating a commercial deal, I bring 25 years of experience, strategy, and heart to the table.

My real estate journey began in 2001 as a top-producing lender, and over the past two decades, I’ve had the honor of growing into a recognized leader, mentor, and business owner in this industry I love.
I’m the proud daughter of humble immigrants ( now U.S. Citizens) from Zacatecas, Mexico, the first U.S. born citizen and college graduate in my family. I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Management, a Micro-MBA from UC Riverside, and am a graduate of Stanford University’s Business Scaling Program (Cohort 10) — ranking among the top 3% of Latino earners nationwide.
Recently, I was honored to be selected as a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Scholar (National Cohort 23 – Class of 2025) — an elite executive program that helped elevate my leadership and long-term vision.

Outside of work, I love reading, hiking, cooking, traveling, scrolling TikTok, laughing (a lot), and making unforgettable memories with the people I love. I’m also pretty funny, if I do say so myself 😄
